The room was tidy and comfortable, and the location was excellent, right in the heart of the action. We were able to easily explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. having a private bathroom in the room was a convenient feature.
The communication and customer service were severely lacking. The host failed to provide clear instructions on how to arrive at the hostel, causing unnecessary confusion and frustration.
